I carefully input the chords. However, when I saved and wanted to play it, the duplicate chords were gone. I am too new at playing for this to be helpful. I would like to have all of the chords not just blank spaces!

Do you mean the repeated chords weren’t being shown, like this?
You can change these settings in the Chart Display menu on the right side of the song page. In the example above, the two settings circled below are responsible for the lack of repeated chords. If you disable them, they will reappear. (They’re always visible in edit mode.)
