I just created this tune, Miller’s Maggot. It has an Outro which is just one resolving chord. If I use Auto Finish x 2, playback skips the 2nd time through the tune and goes straight to the Outro at the end of the first time. If I use Auto Finish x 3, playback is normal and loops through the tune 3 times before going to the Outro. I was messing with using the Coda feature to do this same thing with the Outro but settled on just one part configured as Last Time Through. I’ve repeated this test several times and even restarted SM and the problem remains. I also verified that the problem still exists if I run SM from the Chrome browser.
