I am curious if anyone has worked out settings for a classic Strathspey? I am new and just working out the systems

Band settings are a good subject for community input. Luke has done a few, but a heading for this would be helpful. If a person has an explanation for them the community would learn. The Heart of Cape Breton uses a lot of piano and use feet in regular beats. I think there are strathspeys in it (4/4 but faster than Scottish.) When Luke eventually does piano it will be a major addition.
