Hey, I’ve used Strum Machine for performances for several months now. It only started happening recently, but the volume of the count-in is way louder than the backing track. This is a little frightening for my audience and the sound engineer would intuitively turn down the backing track in the mix because of the loud intro. Could we please get a fix for this soon?

You can adjust the count-in volume through the Count-Ins menu, or if you’re using the beta version, through the Mixer. I see that all of your instrument volumes (in the Mixer) are very low, while the count-in is at full volume. That would be startling for sure! I’d recommend both increasing the instrument volumes and lowering the count-in volume so that they balance each other. If you need to decrease the overall output volume, there’s an option to do that as well, at the bottom of the mixer (or in app-wide Settings in the beta version).
