Sorry if this is a dupe question I have an older ipad on 12.5.5 that used to work but now it doesn’t. The most recent version of the app starts but then it just goes into a forever white screen. Any thoughts on this? Is it just not supported any more? TIA
Sorry Dave, I had to drop support for iOS 12 awhile ago. iOS 15 is the oldest version I still officially support – iOS 14 probably still works (though your mileage may vary) but iOS 12 is too old to continue supporting. (Honestly it would be nice to only support iOS 16 and up from a coding perspective, but I’m going to keep supporting it as long as I can for my users with older devices.)
