I use this to work on getting my speed up to snuff. It has a small lead in and does big DD in the A part.

Coincidentally, I was trying to get that A Part effect. I had used the D but not as split DD - I changed the rhythm using Custom Band settings with Guitar set to Dampened Strums, Slight Swing (1 1/4:1) Strum Machine
