No chord? or whole note?

Anyone know whether we can make a whole note (or no chord) in 4/4 time? I.e. I want to have the chord played at the beginning of the measure ONCE and not have 4/4 beat for that measure alone?

Use the Effects menu in the editor to make the first chord in the measure into a “Diamond” (strum and hold) and the second into a “Rest” (do nothing), like this:
