Can someone kindly list an email address where someone from Strum Machine staff will get back to me? I subscribed yesterday, 11/15/23. I paid for my subscription via a credit card. Yet, I am still blocked today, 11/16/23. I did get an email response a few weeks ago, but I can’t seem to retrieve it. Again, for clarification, does anyone know the name of the contact person at SM and could you kindly post that email address? Thank you.

I took a quick look just now and was unable to see a payment associated with your gmail.com email address, so when you email us it would be helpful if you let us know if there are any other email addresses you may have used to sign up for Strum Machine, and if you can send a screenshot of your payment record or let us know the last four digits of the card you used that would be great.
