'Synching purchase with our servers'

When I opened the app today, I get a screen saying it is ‘synching purchase with our servers.’ Checked that monthly fee has been paid, I’ve logged out and in twice, I deleted the app and reloaded it, same issue. Been using this app for over a year and until today, no issues. I’m on an iphone.

I wrote Rich via email and got his access restored. For anyone else reading this… I’m still not sure what the glitch was and I don’t believe this has happened before, but if you ever experience a problem like this just reach out to support and we’ll get you back up and running. :+1:
