Does Strum Machine have train rhythms? On the mandolin I play BOOMchickBOOMchickaBOOMchicka in 4/4/ time. I’d like to sing along with Streamlined Cannonball with Strum Machine train rhythm. Doc Watson does it in A, but I don’t know key my jam sings it in.

One brilliant feature of Strum Machine is changing a key of a tune is a simple task. Select the Key box, drag down to the new key, let it go.
Thank you, David! This is very good to know!
You can get the guitar playing a “train rhythm” that is hopefully at least somewhat close to what you want to hear. Open Band Settings, then Guitar, then click the current strumming pattern, then choose Heavy Boom-a-chuck-a. That might be a bit “heavy” for your tastes, so go back and then adjust the Pick-Strum balance to be less strummy. Also play with the “Feel” controls to fine-tune the sound you want.
Mandolin doesn’t have a constant “oo-ka-chick-a” rhythm yet, but I intend to add it in the future.
