Using "End" for typical fiddle tunes

Nothing earth shattering; but save a message to Luke in Help.

Many fiddle tunes end with a single repetition of the A part. I had a tune with first and second endings in the sheet music, but the chords were the same. So I originally set up Strum with two equal endings (no 1st and 2nd endings required because they are the same). So how do I get the tune to end on the first part? (The sheet said Fine on first melody ending). The answer I finally tried is that you also just use first and second endings in Strum, though the ending chords are the same. Then use “end” in the first ending like in the melody. I had figured to just use the repeats without first and second endings because the chords were the same. But by using them like the melody version lets you stop it on the first repetition. Possible now that we have first and second endings added to Strum. Before you had to repeat everything last time only. May help somebody.

I’ll reply in detail next time I’m at a computer. Summary: Can I assume you’ve tried Last Time and/or Coda? I’ll create a demo to see if I understand what you are trying to do.

It was a tip. Not a question. I am not having problems.
